Client Auto Email Setup

Click "Contacts"

Click "Add"

Click this text field and fill in their first name.

Click this text field and fill in their last name.

Click this text field and fill in their email.

Add in as much detail as you would prefer and then click "Save".

Click "SEARCH"

We will use "Residential Freehold" as our example. Using any other property type has the same steps that follow.

Click this checkbox

Select the type of property, if your client has a preference. There are several more specifications you can select further down if your client is strict of the details of their search. Select a location to follow. You can either select a location from the draw down menu or view the map and select custom location parameters.

We are using the municipality of "Saugeen Shores" as an example.

Enter in a price range for your listing search. Note that you only need to enter the first 3 digits. Example for a search of listings between $700,000 - $900,000, you will only need to enter 700-900.

Enter into the "Interior" column your clients min required bedrooms and bathrooms. If 2 or more bedrooms is desired, enter 2+.

Below are several more options for specificity.

Click "Map" once you have completed all the requirement fields.

The "Map" will show you all available listings that fit the criteria. If you client has location requests that are easily defined in the criteria tab, you can select them here. The icons along the top provide the option to draw areas on the map or select a driving time. This can be helpful if they want a certain drive time to work, the water or to a cottage for example rather then a general distance or town.

Here we have squared off a reduced amount of homes in Saugeen Shores which solely reside in Port Elgin for our example. Click "Results" to view the remaining properties that fit the criteria.

If you think all properties displayed will be of interest to your client click the Check All button to select them all. If not, select the desired ones only.

Click "Save"

Click "New Auto Email"

Select the client you wish to send this new automated search to.

Give your email a subject. This will be the subject for all emails that come in under this saved search criteria.

Select the schedule as to when your client would like to be notified of listings that fit their criteria. Depending on the intensity of the market, it may be safe for them to receive new listings in a lump sum email once a day. If properties are selling quickly and they don't mind multiple emails, setting the emails to be sent out ASAP is recommended.

Click "Save"
