Add Commission Source Values

Navigate to the Commission Detail page for a transaction.

Click "Edit CDA GROUPING" in the Distribution section
CDA Grouping by Brokerage will combine all agents and sides into 1 CDA. CDA Grouping by Agent will generate an individual CDA for each agent for only their portion. CDA Grouping by Side will generate an individual CDA for each side of the transaction.

Adjust CDA grouping, if needed.

You have the option for the Commission Source to be broken down by either Sales Price or Gross Commission Income (GCI).

Enter the Commission Source allocation among the seller, buyer, and/or Brokerage by either % of flat amounts.

Click "Save"

Click "OK"
Verify Commission Source on the CDA
