Navigate to Lease Opportunity in Skylight Portal

Click "Send Lease Application Email"

Customer will receive a link in their email. Click the link to navigate to Registration Page.

Create Password

Click "Register"

Paykeeper will navigate to login page

Enter Password, Click "Submit"

Begin completing application by clicking and reviewing "System details."

Validate by clicking "Ok"

Click "Confirm" to Acknowledge System details

Click "Confirm" after reviewing to acknowledge disclosure #2

Click "Add SSN and DOB"

Enter SSN and DOB, click "Save"

Validate phone number by clicking "Verify Number"

Click the "I agree to receive notices and notifications on my phone number." field.

Click "Continue" if phone number is correct

Choose whether you would like to receive verification code by text or phone call

Enter 6 number validation code. Click "Verify"
