User permissions required: Evaluation contributor, Evaluation admin, Participant contributor, Participant admin

Login to your EvaluateMySchool account and click the evaluation you will be completing

If you are completing an evaluation for more than one school, you can change school using the control panel on the right of the screen

Select the school you would like to evalute

Select a focus area to evaluate

Read the statement and click on the relevant score. It will save automatically

Some statements may contain further information or guidance on scoring. To see the guidance, click "Show More"

Select a score for each statement

As you complete the self-evaluation, the score for each area and overall evaluation will automatically update

To add supporting evidence to a statement, click the speech bubble icon labelled "Comments & Files". You can find separate guidance on adding evidence on our support page

Click the clock icon to see the scoring history for a statement

To add an action, click the lightning bolt icon labelled "Actions". Separate guidance for adding actions can be found on our support page.
