Completing ACSI's Annual Report 2026

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for completing the Annual Report 2026 on the ACSI accreditation platform, ensuring users can navigate the process efficiently. It highlights key actions, such as saving progress and adding comments, which are essential for a successful submission.

Accessing your old AR in Fabric

Start by navigating to [accreditation.acsi.org](https://accreditation.acsi.org) \ Use your username and password combination that you use elsewhere in ACSI.\ Select the Organization Representative persona.

To find your last year's Annual Report, Navigate to the "Instruments" tab, which can be found under "Activities" now \ Click "Activities"

Click "Instruments"

Click "Annual Report 2025"

Click "Accreditation Status & Updates"

Click "Home"

Click "Annual Report 2026"

***PLEASE NOTE: The "Submit" button can only be found HERE!*** \ \ When you've completed all pages of the Annual Report, you'll need to "x" close out of the instrument to get back to THIS page to find the "Submit" button!

Click "Accreditation Status & Updates" to start entering responses

Click "In Candidacy"

Clicking "Next>" will save your current page information AND advance you forward to the next page.

Clicking "SAVE" just saves the current page information and KEEPS you on that page.

Click and page title on the left to move through the instrument or to work on a specific page Ex: "Faculty and Administrative Credentials"

Using Comments

Clicking the hyperlinked "Faculty and Administration Credentials (K-12)" question title will bring up new navigation to the right side of the screen where you can leave comments.

Click "Comments"

Click "+ Add" to leave a comment for your teammates at the school OR the ACSI reviewers if needed.

Click "Enter comment here..."

Click "SAVE" when you're done commenting.

See that the comment is recorded with a conversation bubble icon here.\ These comments are user, time, and date stamped and can be removed before your final submission.

Using Flags

Click ""

Click "Instrument Response | ARMATURE Fabric for ACSI"

Click "Apply" to assign that flag to the question.

Click ""

Click "Yes"

You may use the no comment needed boxes anytime you would like as well.\ Click "No comment needed" if desired. Navigating to any new page also saves your progress.

Major Recs/Accred. Action Items

Click " Add additional major recommendation"

Click here

Click "Instrument Response | ARMATURE Fabric for ACSI"

You'll always be asked to double check that you want to remove or delete something. Clicking "No thanks" will take you back to the previous screen.

Notating that you completed the Inspire Protocol on your last Accreditation Visit, will allow you the opportunity to upload your completed Accreditation Action Plan for this year.

You will need to click this confirmation box on the final page in order for the instrument to show complete.

Click "SAVE"

Printing your Annual Report (if desired)

NOTE: You can click "Export" to print out a pdf copy of your responses if needed.

Tip!\ Always choose "Show Full Criterion" to make sure you're getting the entirety of each question in the export.

Click "Export/Print" to get a printable version

How to SUBMIT the Annual Report

Click "x" in order to back out to the summary page to find the final "Submit" button!

Click "Submit" when you've completed all information on each page and are ready to officially submit the instrument to your Divisional Accreditation team! Their office will confirm receipt of your report after reviewing it for completion. Thank you for using ACSI's Accreditation platform, Fabric!
