Completing Residency Verification

This will guide you through submitting your residency verification information.

Skyward

Log into your Skyward Family Access account and find the student you want to complete residency verification for.

**File Uploads:** Some steps will give you the option to upload documents. You can do this by clicking **Select File(s)** and selecting the document(s) from your device. If you're on a computer, you can also drag and drop them into the file upload box.

**Required Documents** Review and complete the first step, which will ask you to provide some residency information and submit required documents. When completed, click **Next**.\ **Note:** The documents you're required to upload may vary based on the information you provide.

**Category 1 Document** For this step, choose a Category 1 Document Type and submit the supporting documentation. When finished, click **Next**.

**Category 2 Documents** (optional) ***Note:*** *If you selected E2 for the document type in step 3, skip this step.* If applicable, provide THREE category 2 documents. When completed, click **Next**.

**Category 2 - E2 Documents** (optional) ***Note:*** *If you **didn't** select E2 for the document type in step 3, skip this step.* If applicable, provide THREE category 2 documents for both the host and the guardian (6 documents total). When completed, click **Next**.

For the last step, review the statements and check each box to indicate that you've read and understand them. Finally, select **I Agree** at the bottom to provide your electronic signature and click **Submit Form** at the top to submit the form.
