Completing a Semester

Once the student has finalized their semester and presented their project, complete the Grade Summary section found at end of LNG document.

Add the student’s name, grades, and feedback comments.

Click on File, Export and Download as PDF

Send the PDF with all grades and notes to the student, parent and [records@languagebird.com](mailto:records@languagebird.com) NO LATER than 5 days from the last session. Please use the "Congratulations Email Template" found in the Miscellaneous folder in your Instructor Starter Pack.
