Open the work order
Use the filters to narrow down your search.

If you see this screen it means there are more work orders/inspections at this unit. Click on "View Work Order" to continue

Notes entered in "Description" will push back into your property management system and could be resident facing.

Notes made in the "Comment" section will stay inside HappyCo and are not resident facing

When you are done, click "Complete"
Completion photos and notes are optional. Notes entered here will also push back into the property management system and could be resident facing.
