A "ZIP" folder is a folder that compresses everything inside it into a single file that takes up less storage and is easier to upload and transfer online

Navigate to the files you want to include in the ZIP folder and select them by clicking on them

Right click on the highlighted files

Hover over the "Send to" option and click "Compressed (zipped) folder"

You'll get a progress bar as the files are compressed into the ZIP folder

Now the ZIP folder is created and you can rename it to something recognizable like "Hanson Spray Data 2024"
