Navigate to BUWorks: [https://ppo.buw.bu.edu/](https://ppo.buw.bu.edu/)

Click Employee Self-Service.

Click "Travel and Expense Reimbursements"

Click "Manage Business Travel Arrangements and Reimbursements"

Click "Profile Open Profile"

Click "Profile Settings"

On the left sidebar, click "Frequent-Traveler Programs"

Click "Add a Program"

Select between air/rail, car rental, or hotel programs.

Select the carrier.

Enter the applicable frequent flier/account number.
You can add up to five different programs at a time.

Example: adding a hotel program using the same form.

Add your account number.

Click save. The window will close.

You will see the accounts you have just added under the Frequent Traveler Programs heading.

On this page, you can also add your TSA Pre-Check number if you are registered for that program.
