Concur - Approving Reports
This guide has been updated for OneCard and the 2025 version of Concur.

Navigate to <https://us2.concursolutions.com/home> Your username will be your BU email.

Click *Approvals* in the left sidebar.

Click *Approvals Home*.

Select the report to review.

Click *Details*

Click *Report Header*

The report name should be **descriptive**. Do not approve reports with titles like:\ *Spring expenses*\ *Conference travel*

Check the trip start and end dates.

Make sure the account is correct.

Carol Desimone should be selected as the *Cost Object Approver.*
Next, you will need to review all of the expenses on the report.

Click on an expense.

Review the transaction date and the amount. These should match the receipt attached to the expense.

To view the receipt, click *Receipt Image*.

Change the *Reviewed* dropdown to "*Yes*"

Click *Save*

If any changes are needed, send the report back to the submitter.

Add a comment describing what the submitter needs to change.

Click *OK*

If all of the expenses and the header details look correct, click *Approve.*
