Click "Settings"

Scroll to find the "Configuration" section

Click "Edit"

Timezone

To set the Timezone: Click here and select from the drop-down menu

Click the appropriate option

Food Cost %

To set Optimal Food Cost %: Enter your desired % here

Beverage Cost %

To set Optimal Beverage Food Cost %: Enter your desired % here

Food Cost Threshold %
