How to send a message from an Internal User in Assembly (formerly Copilot) to Slack

Create a new scenario in Make

Click the + button to add a trigger. Search for and select "Copilot"

Click "Watch Sent Messages"

Click "Add" or "Create a webhook"

Name your webhook then select or add your Copilot account

Click "Save"

Click "Copy address to clipboard"

In a new tab go to the Copilot Dashboard

Click "Settings"

Click "API"

Click "New webhook"

Label the webhook and paste the webhook URL from Make into the Endpoint URL field

Click the "Events to send" field.

Click "message.sent"

Now it's time to test the trigger by submitting the form as your test client. Right-click here

Go to your Copilot Dashboard and send a message to a test client

Back in Make, you should see that the trigger ran successfully

Add a new module and select “Copilot”
