Configure Invoice Email Attachments (Including PDF Invoicing)

Learn how to edit a customer in order to configure their invoice email attachments. This is great for attaching customer, job and occurrence attachments to a customer's invoice notifications. You can also enable automatic PDF invoicing and attach any custom fields here too.

Configure For Individual Customers

Click the top right three dots on the chosen customer to 'Edit Customer'.

You can then scroll down and click 'Configure Invoice Email Attachments'.

This will allow you to attach the below items: - Invoice as PDF - *have the invoice attached as a PDF version when sent out automatically* - Invoice Attachments - Job Attachments - Occurrence Attachments - Any custom fields enabled for 'job completion' on this customer's jobs Any selected configurations will be automatically attached to any invoice messages sent to this customer.

After selecting, remember to click 'APPLY'.

Finally, click 'SAVE' on the edit customer form to save your changes.

Configure in Bulk

To enable this in bulk, head to Settings > Invoicing & Payments.

Then, click into 'Invoice Email Attachments'.

Click any required attachments, or 'Select All' before clicking 'APPLY' to save these preferences globally.
