Select a user

Click "Answering Rules"

Click "Add Rule"

Select the DND timeframe
You must first create the DND Timeframe: Navigate to "Timeframes> Select the domain>Add Timeframe >Name DND, When Always> Save

Click the "Do not disturb" field.

Click the "Enabled" field to leave the rule as disabled upon creation
