Configuring a Vehicle's Assignment Pool
This guide explains how to configure a vehicle’s assignment pool by adding or removing drivers.

From your portal’s **Dashboard**, click **Fleet**.

Click **“Vehicles”** from the left-hand dashboard.

Click the three horizontal dots (...) icon, to the far right side of the intended vehicle.

Inside the menu that appears, click "Edit".

Inside the panel that appears to the right of the screen, scroll down to locate the "driver assignment pool" field.
Adding Drivers to the Assignment Pool

Click the "Select Drivers" button inside the "driver assignment pool".
**Tip:** Use the search bar and filters to locate the intended driver(s) more quickly.

Select the intended driver(s) by checking the checkbox to the left of their name.

Once you're done selecting the desired driver(s), click "Add Selected".

Click "Save" to apply your changes.
Removing a Driver From The Pool

Click the **“X”** next to the driver you want to remove.
Removing All Drivers From the Pool

Click the "Remove All" button next to "Select Drivers" to remove all the drivers from the vehicle's assignment pool.

Click "Save" to apply your changes.
