Click "Tiers" from the Loyalty Menu

Click on the edit button on one of your created tiers.

You can choose to add an entry reward for when a customer qualifies for this tier.

Choose which type of entry reward to want your customer to receive.

You can also choose to add a "Perk" for when a customer qualifies for this tier

These perks can be listed here.

Click here to change or create create a new virtual loyalty card that your customer will see in the launcher.

Finally click "Save changes" to ensure all updates are finalised.
