Configuring Location Service Times

Open your FleetRunnr portal and click the **Settings** icon located at the top-right corner of your screen.

Under the **Workspace** category, click on **Locations Management**.

Click the three horizontal dots(**...**) to the far right side of the intended location's row.

Inside the menu that appears, click "Edit"

Inside the location's settings window, click the **Service Time** tab.

Enter the average service time (in seconds) for this location when it serves as a **source location** inside a shipment.

Enter the average service time (in seconds) for this location when it serves as a **destination location** inside a shipment.
This configuration can be applied to all shipment types — including **pickup**, **transfer**, **delivery**, and **return** shipments.

Click "Save" to apply your changes.
