Configuring Vehicle Costs in Bulk

From inside your portal, click "Fleet" on your dashboard.

Click **“Vehicles”** from the left-side menu.

Select the intended vehicles by ticking the checkboxes to the left of their entries.

Click the "Bulk Edit" button.

In the vehicle information panel on the right, scroll down to locate the **Vehicle Costs** section.

**Note:** When multiple vehicles are selected, the cost fields will appear blank. This is intentional and does not indicate missing data. Because vehicles may have different cost configurations, the system cannot display a single value. **Any cost value you enter will override the existing configuration for all selected vehicles.** **Cost fields that are left unchanged will retain their current values.**

Vehicle costs include: - Fixed Cost - Cost per km - Cost per Travel Hour - Cost per Stop - Cost per Waiting Hour - Cost per Service Hour - Incremental Cost

Once you're done configuring the vehicles costs, click "Save" to apply your changes.
