Configuring VoIP Integrations in Motasoft

Our VoIP integration uses Bubble to connect your phone system to Red Cactus. This allows call activity such as incoming calls, answered calls, and call endings to be shared with VGM in real time. With this connection in place, you’ll be able to see calls as they happen and have them automatically linked to the correct customer records in VGM. To set this up, you’ll need to install the Bubble Desktop app (available for Windows and Mac) and configure a few simple webhooks in Bubble’s CRM Connectors. To get started with the VoIP integration navigate to "Config"

Click "Integrations"

Under "Configuration" you'll find all the webhooks needed to connect Bubble to VGM, follow these steps: 1. Open the **Red Cactus Bubble Desktop app**. 2. Go to **CRM Connectors** and enable **URL Executor**. 3. Open the **URL Executor** settings.\ Copy and paste each webhook URL from the Configuration section into the matching fields. 4. Make sure **“Execute in background”** is checked.\ This ensures call events are sent to VGM correctly. 5. Click **Save** to apply your changes.

Once all set up, when you receive a call from a new customer, a window will pop up prompting you to create a new account.

If the call is from an existing customer, the window will instead display the customer’s details, along with their documents and call log. If multiple customers are found, the you will be able to select the correct one from a list.

The Documents tab contains all files associated with the customer, including bookings, job sheets, opportunities, invoices, receipts, quotes, refunds, and credits. You can also create new documents for the customer within this tab.

The Call Logging tab allows you to record details of each call, including notes about the conversation and any relevant customer information.

Call logs are available to view within each customer’s account. You can also manually add new entries by using the “Log Phone Call” section.
