Configuring Volume Surcharge (Dynamic) For Shipping Methods

From inside your portal, click on the settings icon to access the settings page.

Click on **"Shipping Methods"** under the **"Shipping"** category.

On the shipping methods page, find the intended shipping method and click the three horizontal dots (...) to the far right of its entry.

Inside the menu that appears, click **"Edit".**

Inside the information panel, scroll down to find the **"Volume Surcharge"** field.

Enable the toggle next to **"Volume Surcharge"**
Make sure that the checkbox of "Charge a flat fee" is **disabled**.

Use the **Threshold** field to specify the threshold (the defined limit that must be exceeded for the fee to apply).

Use the **Charge per additional...** field to specify the dynamic surcharge's value (the fee applied per additional unit (cm³) beyond the defined threshold).

Click **"Save"** to apply your changes.
