Configuring Volume Surcharges (Flat) For Shipping Methods

From inside your portal, click the Settings icon at the top-right corner of the page.

Click on **"Shipping Methods"** under the "**Shipping"** category.

On the shipping methods page, find the intended shipping method and click the three horizontal dots (...) to the far right side of its entry.

Inside the menu that appears, click on **"Edit".**

Inside the information panel, scroll down to find **"Volume Surcharge".**

Enable the toggle next to **"Volume Surcharge".**

Enable the **"Charge a flat fee"** checkbox.

Use the **Threshold** field to specify the threshold (the defined limit that must be exceeded for the fee to apply).

Use the **Flat Fee** field to specify the flat fee value (the fixed amount charged per order, no matter how much the threshold is exceeded).

Click **"Save"** to apply your changes.
