Configuring and launching a New Hire Hire Sneak Peek Video

Click **Enable Products / Modules**

Make sure **New Hire Sneak Peek** is toggled on.

Once it's turned on, you'll find its tabs under **Product Settings.**

Click **New Hire Sneak Peek.**

Click "Settings"

Click "General"

Enter how you would like the employer name displayed in the video. This will not affect how the employer name shows up in the other ALEX products.

You can upload a logo file (.jpeg or .png) to display on the NHSP webpage.

The end of the video can either display a URL (also with a link out button on the webpage) or just text. Click this toggle to switch between URL or text.

We always recommend using the main ALEX URL here (or the customer's enrollment/benefits website) as that will help boost engagement. \ \ Using the ALEX URL allows employees to jump straight to ALEX from the Sneak Peek and then they can jump straight to their enrollment/benefits website from ALEX.

Enter the URL you'd like the video to link to here. You can find your final ALEX URL under **URLs/Publish>>Benefits Counselor/ALEX Go** to copy and paste here.

**If you are linking the video out to ALEX** leave this toggle set to "does".

**If you are linking to the customer's enrollment/benefits site** change this toggle to "does not".

This toggle can **always** remain as "should not". It is no longer relevant.

Next move on to the **Information Points** tab.

You can include as few as two and as many as five Information Points. Information Points are used to spark interest about the group's benefits (ex: important dates, exciting/unique benefit offerings, reminders, etc.) If you need help getting those creative writing juices flowing, check out the [Common Information Points article](https://jvselfservicesupport.frontkb.com/en/articles/6052289)!

Enter a headline. Headlines have a max of 40 characters.

Enter a byline. Bylines have a max of 100 characters.

You have the option of adding additional art to your Info Points to draw more attention/excitement. Rule of thumb: If the Info Point mentions a topic that will be covered in the ALEX conversation, leave this on.

Once both NHSP tabs have been filled in it's time to launch!

Click **URLs / Publish.**

Click **New Hire Sneak Peek.**

Click "Launch"

Unlike Benefits Counselor/ALEX Go, New Hire Sneak Peek does not have a Preview button. This is because the Sneak Peek is included in your ALEX package at no additional cost. If you need to make any changes to the Sneak Peek after your initial launch, make those edits in Builder and then Relaunch. You can Relaunch the NHSP as many times as needed.
