Connect Instagram and Facebook pages in the CRM

Start on the Launchpad tab of the CRM.

Click "Connect" beside the Facebook icon.

Once the Facebook tab pops up, click Continue as (Your Name) and allow LeadConnector to access your Facebook.

Navigate back to the CRM tab and select your business page from the drop down selector.

Click "Done" once you've selected the page. Now your Facebook page is connected and Facebook messages will come into Conversations.

To make further changes to the Facebook integration, go to "Settings"

Click "Integrations"

To edit Facebook Messenger settings, click "Messenger"

Toggle on/off to enable or disable Facebook Messenger messages in the CRM.

Click "Instagram" to edit Instagram Messenger settings. Note: Instagram must be connected to your Facebook page.

To delete a Facebook Connection, click "Connected"

Click "Ok"
