Manually Syncing a Klaviyo Segment

Once you’ve added a list or segment to Tall Bob and set your Auto Sync as enabled, it will automatically update every night. But if you’ve made changes to your segment definition in Klaviyo and want to see it reflected right away, you can easily run a manual sync in the Tall Bob portal.

Log into your Tall Bob Account and Navigate to Integrations Page - <https://app.tallbob.com/integrations> Alternatively, you can click on the 'Settings' icon on the Top right corner and choose Integrations. Once you are in the integrations page, click on the 'Klaviyo Integration' Tab

Click on the three vertical dots next to the segment you want to re-sync.

Select "Initiate Sync" from the drop-down menu.

It's that easy. You'll see a change in the number of contacts and you'll also see a change in the sync status once the sync is complete. Please be aware the time it takes to complete the sync will depend on the size of your list or segment. Happy messaging!
