Navigate to <https://race.mychallengecanada.ca/> and log in if you haven't done so yet!

Click this icon.

Click "Account settings"

Click "Connect your Strava"

Click the Connect with Strava Button

Click "Authorize" and log in to Strava if necessary.

When you see this page, your account is connected successfully. NOTE: You still need to activate automatic activities in a Challenge

Click "My Challenge Dashboard" in the race you want to automatically track your activities.

Toggle the "Automatic Activities with your Strava" field.
Done! All your Strava activities will be automatically added to the challenge.
