How to Link Your Accounting Software to RoomRaccoon

Click on the "Marketplace" module.

Under available connections, click on "Accounting."

Scroll and select the accounting software you or your accountant use.

Ensure you enter all details correctly. You can also have your bookkeeper or accountant do this for you.

FAQs **How does the connection work?**\ Every night, RoomRaccoon will send all invoices to your accounting department. RoomRaccoon takes care of the entire setup, including the inventory of all relevant general ledger accounts, mapping & the activation of the connectivity, as well as monitoring the operation. **Will an invoice be entered into my accounting system?**\ We work with a cash system and not with an invoice system. This means that all components, including accommodation, add-ons, taxes, etc., are split up and linked to the correct ledger account.

Good To Know! - RoomRaccoon takes care of the entire set-up, including the inventory of all relevant mapping and the activation link, and consistently maintains the system. - Are you not using any of the software mentioned above? If you're using a different package than the one mentioned above but still want to work with connectivity data to simplify your accounting. You can sign up for the financial reporting in the system.
