Navigate to <https://ortto.app/login> and login to the platform using your Ortto Credentials

Once you land on your Ortto Dashboard, click on 'Settings'

Under the Settings menu, select the 'Channels' then 'SMS' option

On the SMS Setup page, select 'SMS Numbers'

If you are already connected to a provider, click 'Disconnect <Provider Name>'. Enter the term 'DISCONNECT' then click 'OK' Once the previous provider is disconnected, you can now proceed with Step 6

Select 'Advanced' then 'Connect TallBob account'
Getting your API Credentials

Open a new tab and navigate to [https://app.tallbob.com/manage_api](https://app.tallbob.com/manage_api)

Copy the 'API Username' and 'API Key' from the API Credentials Management page

Return to Ortto and paste the copied API credentials in to the relevant fields on the Setup page

Click 'Connect'
Setting up your Sender ID in Ortto
There are three ways to set up your Sender ID: 1.
