Connecting Tall Bob MMS and Bloomreach

Login to your Bloomreach Platform from <https://us3.eng.bloomreach.com/login>and click on the Data & Assets -> Integrations menu option
To get to the next step, please ensure that you have contacted your Bloomreach Account Manager to provide you the access to add and set up a Custom MMS Provider Integration

On the 'Integrations' page, click the 'Add New Integration' button and select Custom MMS Provider.

Click the name of the integration and change it to 'Tall Bob MMS'.

In Tall Bob, open the [Integrations page](https://app.tallbob.com/integrations) in a new window and navigate to the **Bloomreach Integration** tab.
If you are an existing user with previously generated credentials, simply copy the existing value from the API key field.\ \ If you are a new user, then perform step 4 in <https://support.tallbob.com/support/solutions/articles/17000147544-connecting-tall-bob-sms-and-bloomreach>

Copy Paste the API Key and API URL values from the Tall Bob Integrations Page. **API URL -** <https://api.tallbob.com/integrations/bloomreach>

Copy the URL under 'Two-Way Messaging' and paste it in the MMS Callback URL field on the Tall Bob Integrations Page. Once the URL is entered in Tall Bob, click the 'Save' button. Click "Save"

Once your integration is added click the 'Settings' Icon and select 'Project Settings'

Navigate to Channels > SMS/MMS
Please note that you wouldn't be able to save an MMS integration without choosing an SMS integration

Under Predefined SMS Sender, click ‘Add Sender Profile’. Then enter the following inputs: 1. Display Name: A label for your Sender ID (this is what will appear in the SMS and MMS module). 2. Sender: The Sender ID you would like to use for your campaigns. 3. SMS Integration: Select your SMS provider integration. 4. MMS Integration: Select ‘Tall Bob MMS’ as your MMS provider integration.

Next, if required, click on the ‘MMS Default Sender’ dropdown, select the newly created profile, and then click ‘Save Changes’.
