Connecting Tall Bob SMS and Bloomreach (Old)

Login to Bloomreach via <https://us3.eng.bloomreach.com/login>and click the Data & Assets > Integrations menu option.
To get to the next step, please ensure your Bloomreach Account Manager has provided you access to add and set up a Custom SMS Provider Integration

On the 'Integrations' page, click the 'Add New Integration' button and select Custom SMS Provider.

In Tall Bob, open the [Integrations page](https://app.tallbob.com/integrations) in a new window and navigate to the **Bloomreach Integration** tab.

Click 'Fetch Credentials' then select 'Generate Credentials' in the side panel to generate your API key. Once the credentials are generated, click 'Close' to exit the side panel.
If you are an existing user with previously generated credentials, simply copy the existing value from the API key field.

Copy Paste the API Key and API URL values from the Tall Bob Integrations Page. **API URL -** <https://api.tallbob.com/integrations/bloomreach> Once the values are entered in Bloomreach, click the name of the integration and change it to 'Tall Bob SMS'. Then click the 'Save Changes' button.

Copy the URL under 'Two-Way Messaging' and paste it in the Callback URL field on the Tall Bob Integrations Page. Once the URL is entered in Tall Bob, click the 'Save' button.

Once your integration is added click the 'Settings' Icon and select 'Project Settings'

Navigate to Channels > SMS.

Under Predefined SMS Sender, click ‘Add Sender Profile’. Then enter the following inputs: 1. Display Name: A label for your Sender ID (this is what will appear in the SMS and MMS module). 2. Sender: The Sender ID you would like to use for your campaigns. 3. SMS Integration: Select ‘Tall Bob SMS’ as your SMS provider integration.

Next, click on the ‘SMS Default Sender’ dropdown, select the newly created profile, and then click ‘Save Changes’.
