Connecting Tall Bob and Front

This Guide will help you through the process of connecting your Front and Tall Bob accounts together, to send SMS messages seamlessly from front

Once you are logged in click on the 'Settings' Icon and get into the settings page. Once you are in the page, click on the Company tab

Once you are in the Company tab, click on the 'Developers' menu option

To get started, click on the 'Create App' Button

Navigate to the 'Settings' Tab and provide a name for your App. Once you have provided the name, click on the 'Save' Button

Once you are done naming your app, click on the 'Servers' Tab and click on the 'Create Server' Button

**Note:** If your Tall Bob account has multiple dedicated long codes, the first long code assigned to the account will be mapped to the Front channel. If you need to use a different long code, we recommend creating a separate Tall Bob account with that specific long code.

The next few steps would require you to copy paste the data fetched from your Tall Bob Account. To get that done, open a new tab and login to your Tall Bob platform via <https://app.tallbob.com/login> and navigate to the integrations page - <https://app.tallbob.com/integrations> \ \ Once you are in the integrations page, click on the 'Front Integration' Tab and you will find all the fields that needs to be copied and pasted in your Front platform

Copy the origin URL from your Tall Bob platform and paste it in the Front app. \ \ Set the Authorization strategy to 'OAuth2'. Once the selection is made for the Authorization type, you will see a few fields populate.

The next step is to copy the Client ID from the Tall Bob platform. Paste the copied data in the 'Client ID' field in the Front App

Once the Client ID is added, copy the Client Secret from Tall Bob and paste it in the 'Client Secret' field.

The next steps is to copy a few URLs from Tall Bob account and Paste it in your Front app. 1. Copy your Authorization URL from Tall Bob and paste it under the 'Authorization URL' field in Front 2. Copy your Token URL from Tall Bob and paste it under the 'Token URL' field in Front 3. Copy your Refresh URL from Tall Bob and paste it under the 'Refresh URL' field in Front 4. Copy your Introspection URL from Tall Bob and paste it under the 'Token Introspection URL' field in Front

Once all the URLs are pasted, click on the 'Create Button'

Once your Server is connected, click on the 'Feature' tab and click on the 'Add Feature' button

Choose the 'App Channel' feature and click on the 'Add feature' button

In the App Channel page, provide a short description for the channel and then select the webhook URL origin as 'OAuth2' and the URL should be the one we have copy pasted from Tall Bob on step 7

In the field next to the origin dropdown, copy paste the Channel URL from Tall Bob Front Integration page

Set the Contact Type to 'Phone' and set the Composer Type to 'Basic'

Finally click on the 'Create' Button to create the App Channel

Once the App channel is created, navigate to the 'Settings' Tab

The final step to complete the integration setup is done by the following steps: 1. Copy the App UID from Front. Shift to the Tall Bob tab and paste the copied value in the APP UID field. 2. Copy the App Secret from Front. Shift to the Tall Bob tab and paste the copied value in the APP secret field. 3. Once both the values are added, click on the 'Save' button in the Tall Bob platform to save the details
