Connecting your Ricoh360 Camera to Clean Claims - Mobile

Get out your Ricoh360 camera

Turn on your camera

Wait for your camera to turn on and the network settings are active

Go to your devices wifi settings

Select your Ricoh360 network

If connected you will see the blue check mark on Apple devices

Go into your project in Clean Claims and click connect camera
If you care having connection issues click the question mark in the top right corner of the Ricoh260 tab for directions

Once the camera is connected you will see the green banner showing the connection.

To take a 360 photo click quick photo in the Ricoh360 tab

Once the camera is set up tap the white icon to take a photo.

Once the photo has been taken you will see the image attached and hit the green button

Once uploaded you can click on the image to view

You can add notes to the 360 image. To go full screen hit the icon highlighted below

This will put you into full screen mode where you can move around the room and zoom in and out on objects. To exit full screen mode click the highlighted icon again.
