There are several ways to view the documentation you have pending upload, pending validation, or to download what has already been validated.

Smartosh

From coordination you have access to all its complete documentation.

You will have the documents organised as "Company documents", "Employee documents" and "Vehicle / machine documents"

Company documents can only be viewed from this screen. Also, if you notice that records are missing, you should scroll within each table. You'll see that the top right corner of each table indicates how many documents it contains.

In the employee list you can access only the documentation for that particular employee

In the list of vehicles / machines you can access only the documentation for that specific vehicle / machine
