Check an employee's access

Access control is the tool that will allow you to easily check whether an employee is allowed to access your client's premises.

Go to "Access Control"

Search for an employee by entering keywords from their first name, surname or ID and select the specific employee

By selecting them, you can check the status of their access and view related information for that employee such as documentation, contacts, CAE job positions and the work permits/risks linked to them

The worker has two status icons: - Access status: - Green: access allowed. - Red: access not allowed. - Documentation status: - Green: all requested documentation has been uploaded and validated. - Yellow: mandatory documents have been accepted and there are optional documents pending. - Red: mandatory documents are missing to be uploaded and/or validated.
