Follow the instructions below to get contracted with UHOne.

You will receive an email from "Getappointed@unitedhealthone.com". Click "Select this link to get started".

You will be directed to Sircon. Click "Get Started" to proceed through the standard contracting steps. You'll be asked to check off a few disclaimers.

After you add your personal information, you'll be asked to confirm your address. This page can be finnicky. Try refreshing it if you're unable to add a new address. You will need to have a "primary address" set.

Sircon will populate the states that you want to select. If you have many state licenses, this can take a while and you may need to refresh or exit and restart the application several times. You may also need to try another browser, but be patient because the states will eventually load. Once they load, select the states you want to get appointed with to proceed.

Add your E&O.

Complete the background questions, then enter your bank information, and submit the contract.
