Contracts

This section provides an overview of managing Contracts within the Partner Space. It explains how to access and interpret key details — including traveller information, coverage specifics, and billing information. You’ll also learn how to modify or cancel contracts, view historical updates, and ensure all information remains accurate and up to date for efficient contract management and clear communication.

Bluecross

From the top menu bar, click **Contracts.**

A list of **Contracts** will display. Use the **drop-down menu** to filter which contracts are viewable, or use the **search bar** to locate a specific contract. ### The list displays the following details: - **Contract Number:** The policy number assigned to the contract. - **Account Name:** Displays the Account Holder’s name. Note that this may differ from the Main Insured if the caller was a friend, family member, or other individual assisting with the purchase. - **Purchase Date:** The date the policy was purchased. - **Coverage Start Date:** The date the travel coverage begins. - **Coverage End Date:** The date the travel coverage ends. - **Created Date:** The date the contract record was created in the system. - **Total Premium:** The total premium amount for the policy. - **Partner:** Displays your organization’s name. - **Owner First and Last Name:** The name of the Advisor or agent who created the contract. - **Product Type:** Identifies the type of product purchased.

To **view policy details**, including the travel policy documents in print view, or to **modify, edit a contract** **or resend the email** click the **Contract Number**. To **view account holder details**, click the **Account Holder’s Name**.

Contract

The **Contracts tab** provides a detailed digital view of each contract, including: - **Applicant:** Displays the Account Holder’s information. - **Trip Information:** Shows the trip destination, travel dates, and trip type. - **Distributor Information:** Lists the distributor details under which the contract was processed. - **Administrator Information:** Displays the contract number and sales channel. - **Commission Information:** Shows the commission payable for the contract. From the **Contracts tab**, you can modify or cancel a contract, or resend the email containing access to the Client Portal and contract documents.

Travellers & Coverages

The **Travellers & Coverages** tab displays detailed information about the travellers and coverages included in the contract. - **Travellers Information:** Lists all individuals on the policy, including their name, age, and date of birth. A checkmark indicates if the traveller is active and included on the policy. The traveller’s **role** (e.g., Main Insured, Spouse, or Dependant) is also shown. - **Active Coverages:** Displays all coverages and benefits currently on the contract. - **Coverage History:** Shows the history of updates or adjustments made to the policy, including any automatic rebates or discounts applied (e.g., family discount, adjustment for an annual plan extension, etc.). - **Notes & Attachments:** Contains both English and French versions of the contract documentation, which can be printed or shared with the Account Holder or Insureds.

Billing

The **Billing** tab displays all billing and payment details for the contract, including the total premium amount, the payer’s name, and the credit card used for payment.

Opportunities

The **Opportunities** tab displays a record of all activities and actions associated with the contract.

Timeline

The **Timeline** tab provides a detailed view of all activities and actions associated with the contract. Click the **icon drop-down** beside each entry to view additional details about the activity or action for each insured.
