Copying a full roster into another Course

Create your Section(s) in Course/Section Search drop down

Within the Tool dropdown, find "Requests and Rosters"

Click "Requests & Rosters"

Be sure you are viewing by Students

Click "Filter"

If previous to school year starting, click the "Include Inactive Students" box

Click the "Course Roster" field.

Choose the course you plan to copy from

Click Section Roster and choose the section you plan to copy from

Click "Close"

Click "Batch Edit Student Rosters"

Click the "Course Number or Name" field.

Click all the Courses you plan to copy roster to

Click on the teacher dropdown and choose the teacher that is teacher the sections you are copying to

Click on all the sections that show up in the Course box

Select the teacher in the section drop down, then Click "Add". \*Make sure the section number matches the section you selected in the student filter.

Click "Continue"

Click "Close"
