Click the "Email" field and type in personal Email address

**If this appears, their is an account with that email address. One make sure it is a unique personal email address, and not used by anyone else. Follow the Bold steps, if this does not appear skip the BOLDED steps.**

**If this is your email address and not anyone else. Click "Email Verification Code"**

**Check your email inbox for new verification code. Copy code.**

**Click the "Enter verification code" field. Paste verification code from email.**

**Click "Verify"**

**Click the "Password" field.**

**Click the "Confirm Password" field.**

**Click the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" field.**

**Click "Save and Continue"**

Click the "First Name" field. Type in legal first name.

Click the "Last Name" field. Type in legal last name.

Click the "Password" field. Create a password that matches 4 password rules.

Click the "Confirm Password" field. Type in the Same password you created.

Click the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" field.

Click "Save and Continue"

Click "Begin typing the name of your Company" Type in your employer's business name.

If your employer populates in the drop down. Click on their name.

If your employer does not populate in the drop down. Please leave this section blank.

Click "Save and Continue"

Confirm your name & email address are inputted correctly.

**If this message Appears, fill out contact form with all below information with a brief description.** - **Date of Birth** - **Phone Number** - **Current Mailing Address** - **Current Employer**

Your employer should auto fill from the previous section. You may proceed pass the company section.

Click the "Phone" field. Type in a current contact phone number.

Click the "Billing Address" field. Type in a full and accurate Billing Address.

If your Shipping address is the same as your Billing address. Click "Copy From Billing Address"

If your shipping address is separate from your billing address. Type in a full and accurate shipping address.

Input your Full birthdate **\*\*/\*\*/\*\*\*\***

Click "I'm not a robot"

Click "Create Account"

After clicking **Save and Continue**, we’ll send an email to the address you used to create your account. Check your inbox for the next steps and your confirmation code.

Check your Emails inbox Click "Account Created on Alaska Cabaret, Hotel, Restaurant and Retailers Association."

Open the email and copy the confirmation code.
