When logged into the platform, click "Manage Interviews"

Click "Create Interview"

Enter a client name or leave blank

Enter the job title

Enter the unique job reference

Enter the job close date to receive submissions, or leave blank no close date

(Optional) Enter a short summary of the job.

(Optional) Enter a URL to your support website (if different from the default)

(Optional) Enter an email address for your support team (if different from the default)

(Optional) Enter a phone number for your support team (if different from the default)

Click "Save Changes"

Click "Copy Url" to publish a unique link to the interview for anyone to respond.

Click "Settings"

Select "Thinking Time" or "Retakes"

Enter the required response parameters

Click "Save Settings"

Click "Questions"

(Optional) Add an intro message

(Optional) Click "Record Video" to record a welcome video that is displayed to candidates when they open the interview

Click "Add new question" to create new questions in text or text & video format.

Enter the question title and details

Click the "Active" field to make the question live

You can add the question to the library and to a specific question set in the library.

Alternatively, you can use existing question by clicking "Select Library Questions"

Click "Add selected questions to interview"

(Optional) Click the "Add a farewell message" field to enter any notes to be displayed at the end of the interview.

Click "Assessors"

Select the assessors that will be allowed to score and comment on this interview. To add new assessors to the platform, see separate article on Managing Users.

Click the 'right' button to assign selected assessors to the interview.

Click "Candidates"

You can view all candidates that have been invited, or responded by selecting the response filter tabs.

Click "Create New Candidate" to add and invite a new candidate via email.
