Create Historical Reports

This guide provides a straightforward process for generating historical weather reports, making it essential for anyone needing detailed weather data analysis. Navigate to the station page you want to pull data from Ex: <https://leon.weatherstem.com/fswnseoc>

Hover Over the "Data" tab and select "Data Mining"

The County and Station whose page you were on previously will auto-populate. You can select the drop down to change locations.

Click "Add comparison station" to compare data from more than one station.

You can see the oldest time record available for this station here.

Click to select the parameters you want to study. These will highlight in blue when selected. If you accidentally select a parameter click again to remove it from your study.

Click this box to select your time period for your study. It will show the oldest record for your selected station(s) here.

Customize your begin and end dates and times. Then select "Apply"

Select your output from the list provided.

Select your interval for the readings. Systems store in one-minute intervals by default.

By default your report will include the data point for the interval selected. Operations allow you to look at the average, maxima, or minima over an interval instead.

**Example: What was my highest temperature each day in July?** \ Select the Temperature parameter, use the date range to select the entire month of July, set the output to the preferred format, select "day" for your interval, and "maxima" for your operation.

Once all selections have been made click "submit" to see your results ***NOTE : CSV Download***\ *When selecting the CSV output following clicking submit a "Download" button will appear below the submit button. Click this to initiate the report download.*

For this guide we selected the chart which will appear when you select submit. This chart is interactive showing the reading and date/time stamp as I hover over an area.

You can Click the chart to view camera imagery collected at that point in time.

Right click and select "Download Chart" to save in a report.
