Create Multiple Permits

For users who have a smaller number of permits to enter, allowing you to either enter details manually or just paste a list of plates

Navigate to [https://dashboard.offstreet.io/dashboard](https://dashboard-test.offstreet.io/dashboard)

Click "Permits"

Click "Permits"

You will see a list of all available locations. Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the location you want to create the permits in

Once you locate the desired location, click on it to open the permit list for that location

On the right side - click the drop down menu to the right of "Create permit". When the list appears, click "Create multiple"

This will bring up a table where you can manually enter multiple plates. All fields will appear in the table header, and marked with an (\*) are requried.

The start time will automatically default to the current time. If you want to change it, click on it and enter the new date/time.

If the expiry time is left blank, it will be a continuous permit (no expiry). If you want a set time to expiry, click on the box and enter a date/time

If you want to assign the permit to a specific tenant, click the drop down menu and choose the desired tenant

The days of the week are the schedule. If you only want the permit active on certain days, use the click on the toggle for the days you don't want it to be active

The additional information will be the last sections. Any marked in red are required fields.

To add another plate, on the bottom left hand corner click "Add row"

Another row will appear and you can add another plate.

If you want to add multiple plates at once, click "Add multiple plates" on the top right of the table.

Tip! If you are adding multiple plates and need to correct the rows with errors, toggle on the "show only rows with errors" feature and you will be able to view all the errors. The toggle is located right under the "Add multiple plates" button

A side window will appear. In this you can either type plates individually, separating them by rows, or copy and paste them into this box. If a permit has more than one plate, you can keep them in the same row and separate by a comma

For example, this will create 3 permits, with the 1st one having two plates

When all the plates are entered, click "Add"

The plates will show up in the upload list

You then will have to fill out the required information for the new plates

Tip! If the information is the same for all rows. Double-click the square in the right hand corner and it will fill all rows with the same information

Once all the information is filled out and there are no errors, click "Next: submit"

The upload will show on this table. It will tell you if all permits were created or if there were any errors
