Navigate to your design in Canva.

Click on Apps in the menu on the left.

Click the "Search Canva apps" field.

Type "QR codes and Links"

Click "QR Codes (& Links)" from the dropdown list.

If you have a bit.ly account, you can click on the bit.ly logo (it will prompt you with directions for connecting your accounts). If you don't have a bit.ly account, you can use the QR code icon to the right to create QR codes. This won't create a short link, but it does produce a free QR code.
