Cleanclaims

Log into [app.cleanclaims.com](https://app.cleanclaims.com)

Click "Admin"

Click "Project Configuration"

Click "Report Templates"
Tip! You can modify existing templates or create new templates from this screen

Click Create Template

Select which field you want in your report

Click the Section to expand the option

Once selected the checked items will be blue and will be included on the report

Click the top bar to name the template

Name your template, this name will be displayed on the template list

Click "save"

To use the template, click generate a report

Click the template icon in the top ribbon

Click the report template you want to run

Select the image quality and run the report
