Navigate to [https://strive.asia/manage](https://strive.asia/manage)

Click "Roles"

Click "Add Role"

Input the "Role Name".

Scroll down then select on the dropdown for "Have access to all tickets" and click on "Read/Write"\ \ You can make changes to the other fields as needed.

Click "Save Changes"

Click "Organisation".\ \ This step onward is to assign the role to the user

Click on the Role dropdown of the user.

Click on the role that you have created
