Create User Accounts in the Offstreet Dashboard

Navigate to [https://dashboard.offstreet.io/dashboard](https://dashboard.offstreet.io/dashboard)

Click the "Users" dropdown menu.

Click "User Accounts"

Click "Create a user"

Enter the account details, including First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. These fields are required to create a new user account.

Search for or scroll to find the desired Security Group(s), then select them to grant the new user the appropriate access permissions.

Click “Invite” to create the new user account. This will send the user a welcome email with instructions to set their password and log in. Tip: Advise the user to check their junk/spam folder, as the email may occasionally end up there.

To create multiple user accounts at once, click "Create multiple" on the "Create a user" dropdown.

Enter the user details, including First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and the applicable Security Groups for each user. This information will be used to create multiple user accounts at once.

Click “Next: Submit” to create the new user accounts. Once submitted, all listed users will be added and sent a welcome email to set their password and log in.

To bulk upload user accounts from a spreadsheet, click “Upload from spreadsheet” from the "Create a user" dropdown menu.

Click “Download Template” to download the CSV template with the correct formatting for bulk user uploads. Use this file to enter user details before uploading them to the system.

Enter the user account details into the template file as needed. Note: The First Name, Last Name, and Email fields are required. If you’d like to bulk assign security groups, add a Security Group column and enter the exact security group title as it appears in the dashboard for each user.

Upload the completed CSV file by either dragging and dropping it into the upload area or clicking “Browse” to select it from your computer. This will upload all user details from the file to create multiple accounts at once.

Review the Match Columns details to ensure each column from your spreadsheet is correctly mapped. Verify that the First Name, Last Name, Email, and Security Group align with the correct system fields before proceeding.

Click "Next: create multiple" This will generate the user account entries from your uploaded file and take you to the next step to review the list of user accounts.

Review the user account list to confirm that all details are correct, then click “Next: submit.” This will upload the user accounts to the User Account list and send a welcome email to each new user with instructions to set their password and log in.

To view a user's account details, search for or scroll to find the desired user account, then click the user’s name to open their profile.

You can also view account details by clicking the three-dot menu beside the user’s name and selecting “View Details.”

You can view the account details and see an audit trail showing when and by whom the account was created or last updated. To make changes to the account, click “Edit.”

You can edit the user’s information, including their First Name, Last Name, Email, or Security Group permissions as needed.

You can reset a user’s password or delete their account by clicking the three-dot menu. - Select “Reset Password” to send a password reset link to the user’s email. - Select “Delete User”, then confirm to permanently remove the account.

You can also reset a user’s password or delete their account directly from the list view. Click the three-dot menu beside the user’s name, then select “Reset Password” or “Delete User.”
