Create a Learning Link in Build Capable XCL

Step-by-step guide for creating an XCL Learning Link. Apply a brand template, customize your landing page title and instructions, and add your content. (patent pending 18/918,051)

Navigate to "Learning Links"

Select "Create a Learning Link"

Enter a name for your Learning Link.

Use the drop-down menu to view available Brand Templates.

Select the Brand Template to apply to this Learning Link.

Customize the text for your landing page.

You can scroll up to see how this text will appear on the landing page in real time.

Continue to the "Link Content" page.

Upload your content or select the URL radio button to link to content hosted elsewhere.

Scroll down to add keywords and a description for the content. Then, continue to the "Publish Link" page.

You can preview the Learning Link before publishing. All data will be sent to the LRS as "Preview" so you can filter it out later.

When you are satisfied with your preview testing, select "Publish Learning Link" to continue.

You can preview the Learning Link to test it, open it to begin capturing live data, or copy the link to begin using it right away! You also have the option to download a persistent QR code to the content. For your convenience, there's also an unpublish link option on this screen.

Select the "Exit" button to return to your list of Learning Links.
