Create a My FEX PAY Account and Manage Account

Welcome to CBAB Finance! Follow this guide to register your account online to manage and make payments, view past receipts, etc.. If you have difficulties registering your account or making payments please contact the finance office at 301-355-0145.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT

Navigate to [https://www.myfexaccount.com/clients/_master/myfexaccount_default.aspx](https://www.myfexaccount.com/clients/_master/myfexaccount_default.aspx)

This is what the main page will look like. Recommend saving this link as a favorite!

First time users can click 'Register for Free'; returning users can 'Login'.

Click "Sign up now"on the Solera login page.

Enter your email address and click "Send verification code"

Do not enter other fields yet, navigate to your email for the code to proceed.

The e-mail will look like this:

Enter the code in the box from your email and click "Verify code"

Fill in the remaining fields, then click "Create"

We **strongly** encourage you to use the 'SMS/Text' MFA option as this is much easier for many users and makes it easier to login for future payments!

Click "More Options"

Un-check the 'Authenticator App - Recommended" box, check the 'SMS/Text' box, Click "Continue"

Enter your country code and phone number, click "Send verification code"

Enter the code you received via text message, click "Verify code"

Click "Register An Account with My FEX PAY"

Input the information into all of the fields. If you do not know your loan number, you can contact the finance company at 301-355-0145 to obtain this OR if you have your sale paperwork you can look at the stock number on the bill of sale.

MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can make payments, view loan details, view payment history and view payment receipts in the portal. You can also add new methods of payment.
