Create a New FedEx Carrier Account

Evercycle

Navigate to [Settings > Organization Settings. ](https://stage.evercycle.io/settings/organizations/208)

**Click "Create a new carrier"**

**Enter a Reference name for this Fedex Account**

**Enter the FedEx account number**

**Add a description for the fedex account.** For example, how you plan to use this account in a workflow.

**Enter the company information that is associated with the FedEx account.** Remember that this is how FedEx will varify the account for use in Evercycle, so make sure this matches the company information you have associated with your FedEx account.

Check "I have read the License Agreement"

**Select the Service Provider that this shipping account will be associated with**. The Service Provider is typically who will be shipping/deploying devices or device return kits. If you are filling out this form, the Service Provider is probably your organization. If you do not see your organization in the dropdown options or are not sure which option to select, reach out to your support contact or support@evercycle.io.

**Select the service region** that this FedEx account will be used for.

**Select the Service Processor.** The "Service Processor" is typically the facility, depot, fulfillment center, warehouse, or IT Asset Disposition location and may be deploying devices or device return kits. Sometimes this is the same as the Service Provider. Sometimes there is one processor or many. Typically, the service region you selected in the previous step will filter to the processor options associated with the service provider and region you selected. If you do not see an expected option in the dropdown options or are not sure which option to select, reach out to your support contact or support@evercycle.io.

**Finally, click "Create FedEx Carrier"**, and thats it! Now you have this FedEx account integrated and ready to add to workflows.
