Create a New Growth Plan and see your Fidelity Score

This guide provides a step-by-step process for creating a personalized growth plan (eIPDP), essential for setting and tracking professional development goals. You will also see how to view your fidelity score.

Click "Growth Plans"

Click "Create New"

Click "Growth Plan Label"..

Type what you want the title of your plan to be. Example: My 5 year growth plan.

Click "User" and find your name if it is not automatically selected.

Click your name

Click the "MM/DD/YYYY" field.

Click the date you want the growth plan to start (this will draw data from the date window you set).

Click the "MM/DD/YYYY" field.

Click the date you want the growth plan to end (this will draw data from the date window you set).

Click "Content Categories"

Click all relevant categories for your growth plan (this should match what you write in the box below)

Click "Description"

This is where you would type any and all information about your growth plan including your goals and rationale for each goal. Typically, people list the focus for the goal which would align with a standard for your profession otherwise known as a content category. Refrain from selecting more than one standard/category for each goal to keep your goals simple and easy to measure

Click "Group"

Type your organization group name at the level of supervisor approval

Click your organization group desired

Click the "MM/DD/YYYY" field for "Submitted Date"

Click today

Alert! You should not have to fill out the Approved by or Approval date. Those should be completed by your supervisor, later.

Click "Save"

Click "Growth Plans"

You are now able to see your fidelity score for each focus category in your growth plan.
