Create a New List Group & Archive Old Lists

Log in at [grandstandapps.com/admin](https://grandstandapps.com/admin)

Click "Lists"

Click "Manage List Items"

Click "Add New List Group"

Click the "List Group Title" field.

Type the name of the List. Here we are titling it "2024 Artists"

Click Content Type and select the type of content that the list will include.

Click Layout Type and Select the way you would like the list organized.

Click the Images dropdown and select if you would like images to be shown.

Continue to set the different settings for the lists.

Click "Save"
Select New List for the Menu
Now that the new list is set up, you will want to have the menu link for Artists updated to point to the new "2024 Artists" list.

Click "Icons/Menu Management"

Click the green edit button next to the menu item you would like to update.

Under Link select "List Page"

Click "List Group" and select the new List Group that you set up ("2024 Artists"). Click here.

Click "Save"

Click "Update Icons in App"
Archive the Old List
Its important for organization and clarity to archive the lists from prior years.

Click "Lists"

Click "Manage List Items"

Click "ARCHIVE" button next to the list you want to archive
You are now ready to start adding list items to the new "2024 Artists" list.
